I’M PASSIONATE ABOUT helping midlife women find clarity, confidence, and joy.
I’m Tanya Pace — a Registered Nurse, entrepreneur, and YouTube creator. I’m a mom (that homeschooled my kids) and now a grandmother. We live in the beautiful Ozark Mountains in NW Arkansas, but I’m a Texas girl at heart!
After years of caregiving, I burned the candle at both ends. This was true both professionally and personally. My own health challenges brought everything to a halt. I realized I was constantly “doing.” I rarely slowed down long enough to actually listen to what my intuition was trying to tell me.
Like many women in midlife, I found myself overwhelmed with decisions, unsure of my next steps, and longing for clarity.
That’s when the Stillness Before the Shift Method was born — a gentle 90-day practice to help women pause the pressure, reconnect with themselves, and make confident, aligned decisions.
It’s not about hustle or big leaps. It’s about intentional space, intuitive practices, and learning to trust your timing.

As a result of this intuitive shift, I started this blog just for women in midlife. It reignited my creativity and purpose. It changed everything. Now, I help other precious women do the same. My course, Stillness Before the Shift Method, offers 90 days to explore freely, reflect deeply, and decide wisely.
