You can move through it in several week or stretch it over 90 days. It’s totally self-paced.
Q: Do I need to journal?
Nope, but the prompts are here if you want them. They’re gentle and low-pressure. The questions are designed to take you on a journey of self discovery. I highly recommend you give the work book and the journal a try.
Q: Is this therapy?
No. This course offers reflective tools and emotional grounding, but it’s not a replacement for therapy or medical advice. It’s designed to be a method to come back to and use with each shift in your life.
