Hi, I’m Tanya Pace — a Registered Nurse, wellness advocate, and YouTube creator. I’m a mom (that homeschooled my kids) and now a grandmother. We currently live in the beautiful Ozark Mountains in NW Arkansas, but I’m a Texas girl at heart!
After years of caregiving and burning the candle at both ends — both professionally and personally — my own health challenges brought everything to a halt. I realized I was constantly “doing,” but rarely slowing down long enough to actually listen to myself.
Like many women in midlife, I found myself overwhelmed with decisions, unsure of my next steps, and longing for clarity.
That’s when the Stillness Before the Shift Method was born — a gentle 90-day practice to help women pause the pressure, reconnect with themselves, and make confident, aligned decisions.
It’s not about hustle or big leaps. It’s about intentional space, intuitive practices, and learning to trust your timing.
As a result of this intuitive shift, my creativity and purpose were reignited by starting another YouTube channel just for women in midlife— and it changed everything. Now, I help other precious women do the same through my course:
